RILY BUILDERS CORP formerly RICHE Construction Services, RICHE Enterprises and Rily Builders began operation in Cebu City, Philippines on March 2001 as a small construction supply and services firm. Since its inception, it has successfully carried out various projects in commercial, residential and industrial contracting in various sites of Cebu Province and around the country of the Philippines. Formed and managed by Engr. Richelo O. Aglipa, who is a Civil Engineer and the General Manager of this company is previously connected with various government and private companies for the past fifteen (15) years before engaging to fulltime contracting business from 2001 up to present.
Today, RILY BUILDERS CORP name is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and with Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) License no. 36356 to engage in Subdivisions & Land Development, construction & design services of various clients such as residential owners and private firms and business individuals in the field of design, renovation and construction of commercial buildings and residential units, industrial plants and interior finishing works.
We also have projects with partners of specialty contractors for mechanical and electromechanical works such as fire protection system, fire alarm system, installation of CCTV cameras and construction of swimming pools.
Our project management and execution philosophy is:
